Our workshop covers an area of 15000 square meters equipped with the state-of-art facilities to manufacture the welded carbon steel tubes and welded-redrawn carbon steel tubes.
Six modernized high frequency welding lines.
Four modernized cold drawn lines.
Five Automatic chamfering machines
Twenty Automatic cutting machines
Two Automatic packing machines
The monthly production capacity is 250,000 meters of welded carbon steel tubes.
The materials are :E215,E235,E255,E355 from Baosteel,Ansteel,Posco,etc, other material can be achieved after discussion.
Mainly sizes:OD from 6.35 to 76.20mm,WT:0.7mm to 3mm.
We have been delivering these tubes to UK,France,Turkey,Germany,Brazil etc for the automotive industry,since 2011.etc.
1. Production of DIN/EN10305-3 welded steel tubes since 2005.
2. Assit tubing requirements to worldwide customers since 2009.
3. Samples can be delivered within 10 days after confirmation
4. 35 days as the production period and delivery after order confirmation.
5. 20,000 meters of EN10305-3 welded steel tubes in stock.
6. 200 sizes can be offered from OD:6.35mmxWT:0.7mm to OD:76.2mmxWT:3mm
7. Third party inspection like:TUV,BV,SGS,etc accepted
8. Professional team assists your special tube requirements.
9. Other related tubes can be offered :En10305-2 welded & redrawn carbon steel tubes,low carbon bundy steel tubes,etc

The tubes shall be manufactured from steel strip by electric welding. The tubes shall not included welds used for joining of flat rolled strip prior to forming the tube, except for coiled tubes which may be supplied in the delivery conditions +A and +N
Possible surface conditions are :
S1 black S2 pickled S3 cold rolled S4 coated to an agreed condition
Note: The surface conditions S1 and S3 apply for the strip. The surface condition S2 and S4 may apply for the strip or the tube; the purchaser should, where necessary, indicate the condition at the time of enquiry and order.
Tubes made of the steel grade E155 E195 E235 and E355 shall be supplied in the delivery condition +CR1 or +N. Tubes made of the grades E190 E220 E260 E320 E370 and E420 shall be supplied in the delivery conditions +CR2

- Resistance-pressure-welding Therefore, the weld is created from the base material without any filler material
- The removal of the excess material, both internally and externally, is a key element in the manufacturing process and this is an in-house skill.
- The cold drawing process occurs after annealing and raises the quality of the feedstock tube to vastly superior levels of tolerance, surface finish and final material mechanical properties.
- In some instances the final finished product specification can be further fine tuned by further annealing. This is of particular interest in relation to products that are specifically manufactured to unique customer specifications.
