Titanium U Bend tube

Titanium U Bend tube is carried out by cold working method and is being done to the necessary bend radius as per client drawings. U-bend tabung / pipa dapat dibuat dari berbagai bahan pipa yang mengandung baja tahan karat hasil tinggi dan rendah, baja paduan, Baja karbon,Monel , Inconel, Hastelloy,Duplex , Dupleks Super,titanium,paduan tembaga dan paduan Cr-Ni. Biasanya U-tikungan diproduksi dari tabung mulus, selanjutnya dapat disesuaikan dalam hal ketebalan dan ukuran sesuai kebutuhan spesifik klien kami. Mereka mudah untuk merakit bundel tabung lebih lanjut.

Pure titanium grades have high corrosion resistance, excellent biocompatibility and good formability. They are classified based on their level of non-titanium elements and the resultant differences in mechanical properties. GR1 /GR2 have the lowest strength and best ductility of the four primary ASTM grades due to its higher level of purity. While grade 5 and gr9 are called titanium alloy, which are harder than gr1 and gr2 titanium. Production process:

straight pipe – bending before 100% flaw detection – reliable bending machine and precision bending mould – bending after the U-shaped part of the electric heating stress relief annealing – bending after 100% water pressure
