El tubo de curvatura en U de titanio se lleva a cabo mediante el método de trabajo en frío y se realiza con el radio de curvatura necesario según los dibujos del cliente. Los tubos/tuberías curvados en U se pueden fabricar a partir de una amplia gama de materiales de tubería que contienen aceros inoxidables de alto y bajo rendimiento, aceros aleados, Aceros al carbono,Monel , Inconel, Hastelloy,dúplex , Súper dúplex,titanio,aleación de cobre y aleaciones de Cr-Ni. Por lo general, las curvas en U se fabrican a partir de un tubo sin costura, Además, se puede personalizar en términos de espesores y tamaños según los requisitos específicos de nuestros clientes. Son fáciles de montar para el montaje posterior de haces de tubos.

Pure titanium grades have high corrosion resistance, excellent biocompatibility and good formability. They are classified based on their level of non-titanium elements and the resultant differences in mechanical properties. GR1 /GR2 have the lowest strength and best ductility of the four primary ASTM grades due to its higher level of purity. While grade 5 and gr9 are called titanium alloy, which are harder than gr1 and gr2 titanium. straight pipe – bending before 100% flaw detection – reliable bending machine and precision bending mould – bending after the U-shaped part of the electric heating stress relief annealing – bending after 100% water pressure
