PA12 natural gas transmission pipeline can withstand a pressure of 0.8~1.7MPa below 80 °С, which can replace steel pipes within this range and is more competitive than polyolefin materials. PA12 is incompatible with most other plastic compounds. Even a small amount of other resin plastic pollution leads to turbid melt and finished parts. If the end user’s requirements and specifications are allowed for the abrasive materials used, it is possible to add 25% of the recycled materials by weight. In some cases, such as thick wall profile extrusion, injection molded thick wall and high surface quality of optical elements or components, the particles should be dried in advance at any rate to prevent the formation of moisture streaks or uneven surfaces
