Usually U-bends manufactured from seamless tube, can further be customized in terms of thicknesses and sizes as per the specific requirements of our clients. GR1 /GR2  have the lowest strength and best ductility of the four primary ASTM grades due to its higher level of purity. straight pipe – bending before 100% flaw detection – reliable bending machine and precision bending mould – bending after the U-shaped part of the electric heating stress relief annealing – bending after 100% water pressure
