Tube / paip U-bengkok boleh dihasilkan dari pelbagai bahan paip yang mengandungi keluli tahan karat hasil tinggi dan rendah, keluli aloi, keluli karbon,Monel , Inconel, Hastelloy,Dupleks , Super Dupleks,titanium,aloi tembaga dan aloi Cr-Ni. Biasanya selekoh U dihasilkan daripada tiub lancar, boleh disesuaikan dari segi ketebalan dan saiz mengikut keperluan khusus pelanggan kami. Mereka mudah untuk memasang lagi himpunan tiub.

Pure titanium grades have high corrosion resistance, excellent biocompatibility and good formability. They are classified based on their level of non-titanium elements and the resultant differences in mechanical properties. GR1 /GR2 have the lowest strength and best ductility of the four primary ASTM grades due to its higher level of purity. While grade 5 and gr9 are called titanium alloy, which are harder than gr1 and gr2 titanium. Production process:
straight pipe – bending before 100% flaw detection – reliable bending machine and precision bending mould – bending after the U-shaped part of the electric heating stress relief annealing – bending after 100% water pressure

Flattening (also called “ovality”) at the bend shall not exceed 10% of the nominal tube outside diameter.
