Niobium Tube Technology
One of the niobium tube extrusion production method includes the following steps: preparation, a power frequency induction heating (600 + 10˚C), glass powder lubrication, secondary power frequency induction heating (1150 + 10˚C), reaming (reduction of area is not greater than 20.0%), thrid power frequency induction heating (1200 + 10˚C), small deformation, extrusion, extrusion ratio is not more than 10, reduction of area is not greater than 90%) and air cooling technology, finally the hot extrusion process of niobium tube is finished.

The niobium seamless tube produced by this method ensures sufficient thermal process plasticity. The disadvantage of niobium fluidity is avoided by means of small deformation extrusion. Performance and dimensions meet user requirements.
