|
One of the niobium tube extrusion production method includes the following steps: preparation, a power frequency induction heating (600 + 10˚C), glass powder lubrication, secondary power frequency induction heating (1150 + 10˚C), reaming (reduction of area is not greater than 20.0%), thrid power frequency induction heating (1200 + 10˚C), small deformation, extrusion, extrusion ratio is not more than 10, reduction of area is not greater than 90%) and air cooling technology, finally the hot extrusion process of niobium tube is finished. |
